We work with up and coming fitness companies, established fitness companies and fitness professionals to create brand and marketing strategies. We have a proven methodology that will increase our clients market presence and brand recognition.

S.H.W.E.R.k! is a music, dance and fitness organization that is dedicated to ending chronic dis-ease by inspiring people of all ages and fitness levels to make exercise a part of their lives through arts based fitness programs.
* W.I.N.E
Stands for Women In Need of Excitement, Empowerment & Energy. It is a new networking group that is dedicated to helping women of all ages stay connected to their DREAMS. We will meet once a month to take time to reconnect to the DREAMS we had when we were 8years old....Before Life got in the way.
* FITMOMMIE
Being a FITMOMMIE! is a way of life. A Mother's job is NEVER done so it is imperative that she takes care of her self at all cost. All to often we traverse through life in a very "WE MUST CARE FOR EVERYONE ELSE 1st" fashion. As a result, we often end up feeling tired and under appreciated. I started this network because I have had multiple conversations with my family members, friends and colleagues and we all share similar thoughts and ideas about motherhood. I felt this would be a great way to keep the conversation going...
