In a society obsessed with body image, thinness and quick fixes, disordered relationships with eating and exercise take on new faces everyday. Fitness professionals have a unique role in understanding, identifying and managing clients who have experienced these diseases firsthand. This workshop will redefine the way we classify eating disorders through a frank and cutting edge discussion of how body image, obsessive/compulsive behaviors, eating and exercise intertwine.
