WHAT IS THE L.T.B.Y.I. PROGRAM?
LOVE THE BODY YOU'RE IN PROGRAM

LOVE THE BODY YOUR IN! (L.T.B.Y.I.!) is a proprietary mind and body training program created by QFLC's, Founder & CEO Myrna Brady. This program focuses on fitness from the inside out. At QFLC we strongly believe that once an individual makes the mental commitment to improving their health, fitness level and quality of life, the body will follow! We encourage our clients to accept the body they are currently in and WE work with them to create a road map to the mindset and body they truly desire. 

The L.T.B.Y.I. program is composed of 6 modules that keep people focused on their journey and their goals. This program is NOT about destination training and reaching a final goal weight. This program is so much more. It is about having a QFLC Coach Partner who will work with you to create a road map that will stay with you for the rest of your life. QFLC coaches will monitor the road map that has been created with YOU the client and provide monthly feedback to make sure their clients stay the course even though life will throw them detours and road blocks along the way.


Our mission as a company is to make fitness a part of your life on the inside and out.... Starting with the body our clients are in today and working with them every step of the way to get to the one you want in the future.

Coaches are essential part of a person's road to successful weight-loss and lifestyle transformation. I could not have done it without my coach and friend Amy Moore. Amy has assisted me with my journey since February 2012 and continues to provide me with coaching and encouragement today.
