We can offer any of these workshops independently as 75- 90 minute sessions or as 4-8 hour pre-conference workshops. Our workshops can also be offered as continuing education courses for your staff.

"NEW" Breaking it Down While you Get Down... Myrna Brady - Workshop W/ Mvmnt & Lecture
 (this has to be a 90minute class)
This session will give you the music and dance fitness pedagogy necessary to teach a rock solid music driven fitness class. We will bridge the gap between fitness, dance & music. This class was developed  on research and sound human movement science principles that will enrich and enhance your fitness journey.
We will show you a basic 32 count dance routine that will be taught to 4 different musical genres. We will discuss  and experience music, dance, phrasing and interpretation. We will discuss the difference between Dance Fitness and Dance and review possible dance contraindications in the 
health and fitness environment This interactive lecture and workshop will show you tips and tricks to help you identify music that will stir your members bodies and rock their soul.  Our programs will inspire and challenge you both physically and mentally. You do not need to have a dance background to take this class, it is tailored for the fitness professional who wants to incorporate a little movement with meaning and a purpose in their class.

The FITMOMMIE Workshop
This workshop will show participants how exercise can invigorate and energize their pre- and post-natal clients. The workshop will give you the most up-to-date information about pre- and post-natal fitness. It will also show you exercises that will help strengthen your client’s core muscles, especially the pelvic floor, and increase their aerobic and anaerobic capacity, which are essential during childbirth. Overall, you will learn and practice pre-natal fitness based exercises that will help keep your pregnant client’s energy levels high throughout their pregnancy and beyond. We will also review bike set up, adjustment and workout parameters for all trimesters and the initial post-natal period. All exercises are safe and effective for pre- and post-natal women.

The New Face of Eating Disordered
In a society obsessed with body image, thinness and quick fixes, disordered relationships with eating and exercise take on new faces everyday. Fitness professionals have a unique role in understanding, identifying and managing clients who have experienced these diseases firsthand. This workshop will redefine the way we classify eating disorders through a frank and cutting edge discussion of how body image, obsessive/compulsive behaviors, eating and exercise intertwine. You will leave with a comprehensive knowledge of the topic and how to handle it in your practice.

Reignited and It Feels So Good! 
If you want to “Change” the things around you, then you have to “Change” the things around you! In other words, you have to take responsibility into your own hands to create the career growth you want to experience. We will identify what initially attracted you to this growing field and devise ways to “Reignite the Fire” and passion you once had or to take your career to the next level. We will interact in small groups and come up with ideas that will enable you to make personal changes to fuel your career growth. This workshop will leave you revitalized, excited and motivated to re-embark upon and control your career.

Specialize Your Exercise
Learn how you can increase your class attendance and client base by marketing your skills to special populations. We will discuss these groups in details and identify the resources you can explore to become educated and certified on how to train these groups. You will participate in an interactive workshop that will address training of three of these groups. With the new program ideas that you learn from this workshop, you will be able to help your managers’ bottom line as well as your own.
