We aspire to inspire you – to move and be healthy with us. As we discovered when we came together, the gym and working out are not about cold machines and hard bodies – there is music, fun, motivation and success.
Our performance and fundraising events and fitness-based community initiatives raise money for groups like the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association and educate the community on disease prevention through the benefits of exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.
All S.H.W.E.R.k. classes are developed on research and sound human movement science principles that will enrich and enhance your fitness journey. Our programs will inspire and challenge you both physically and mentally that always have a start and finish and a definitive transformational process in between.
